After completing her professional membership exams she took time Out of Programme for Experience (OOPE) to complete a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (DTM&H) at Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM). She also spent six months in Sierra Leone with the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) Global Links Programme from September 2020 to February 2021.
