The Wilderness Medical Society has updated its Clinical Practice Guidelines. They are freely available in special WEMJ supplement. The 2019 update included the guidelines on altitude illness, frostbite, heat illness, accidental hypothermia, drowning, spinal cord protection, water disinfection and diabetes.
